What does my admission cost cover?
Your admission cost covers all of your meals, accommodation, bus travel, on-board refreshments, and museum admissions on our tour.
Are there any more costs over the weekend?
Apart from your own spending/shopping and drinks during your Saturday evening meal, there are no extra costs whatsoever.
What payment options are available?
There are several payment options available. They include payment by cheque, money order, direct transfer or credit card (via Paypal). Please note that all payments through Paypal incur a small fee. Payment must be received in full at least fourteen days prior to departure.
How often do the tours run?
Ned Kelly Adventure Tours run on demand. We will occasionally promote a specific date, but generally we run our tours once we have enough people interested. Occasionally there will be a waiting list. We then co-ordinate a departure date that suits the group.
What about the weather?
Unless a catastrophic weather warning is issued, our tours will always run. It is a good idea to keep up to date with the weather forecast prior to departure and pack any special clothing/umbrellas if they may be required.
Medical release/consent form?
A medical consent form must be signed prior to departure. The form gives us your consent to call for medical assistance if required, as well as family contact details should they be required. We are fully insured and trained to First Aid Level One.
How do I make a booking?
Shoot us an email or sms our booking agent, Sue Hunter. Click here for details.
What if I have special dietary requirements?
Simply let us know when you make your booking with us. We will make sure that any special dietary requirements are met.
Are we allowed to take photographs during the tour?
Yes. The only exception to the rule will be at Museums we visit. No flash photography of artifacts is permitted, although all museums on our tour allow non-flash digital photography.
Is there any bush walking during the tour?
There is very little ‘bush’ walking during our tours. The exception may be the Stringybark Creek tour, if access is available to Bullock Creek. However, all other walking is on accessible, mostly level ground.
What else do I need to bring?
Apart from warm comfortable clothing, shoes and a camera, there are no other specific things you need to bring.
What are the luggage restrictions?
We ask that all luggage is kept to a minimum. Only small hand luggage is permitted on board our vehicles with other luggage placed in a secure weather-proof trailer behind the mini-coach.
Do we enter private property?
Yes we do. We insist that private property be respected by all guests on our tour. Ned Kelly Adventure Tours will not tolerate damage to or removal of, private property.
